i understand what you're feeling like..fsil got engaged 6 months after us and i had the same worries..thankfully everything has been wonderful so far..i would just suggest that keep everything seperate..like make sure when you go dress shopping its just about you and vice versa..

I'm SO sorry! This is going to sound bad but maybe you could move your wedding up? That way you can have all of the attention you want and then hand over the spotlight to your sis. I can see your point of view though and it totally stinks. :( This really should be your time especially if it's the only time that's really your time, maybe she'll feel the same way though and have the same concerns and play a 2011 wedding or something though.

YOU are totally allowed to feel this way and I do understan what you goin through.
I would try my best to do things seperately...dont give her so much info. If she ask questions give simple or vague answers.
You should be allowed your OWN SPECIAL moments...do your dress shopping with a small group of ppl who wont mention it to her...I know this is gonna be really hard but you have to be SELFISH to some degree. You can most def do things together such as shoe shopping...the minor stuff. she should understand...I hope she WILL.
She maybe feeling the same way...if you think it'll make things better maybe talk to her abt it.

This is what a few of my friends have said....it is jsut difficult to have a rational comversation with my sister. I hate that I feel this way. I am happy and excited for her....I just know that my mom gives inot alot of what my sister wants that she would or has said no to me for. So i am worried.

Try talking her into doin hers a year after yours...tell her people will have more money ect ect
