Our RSVP date is the 31st for our engagement party and I haven't heard from MOST people!!! I was worried at first that maybe people didn't get the invitations for whatever reason, now I am just sure people are lazy!!! Argghhhh

I planned my wedding for 2 years.....RSVPS were the WORST part.
I learned that people suck and are lazy.
Don't worry too much. It'll work itself out. But yeah its a PITA!

People are just rude. FH had such a headache with this for my shower and I know it will be a HUGE headache for wedding invites.

Might as well get used to it for the wedding. I thought that was going to be the fun part getting them in the mail. It's actually the worst part, because people suckk!

So not only are we eparty date twins, but were eparty rsvp date twins!! hahahah.. but i've had the same problem! and its sooo annoying, plus I gotta give my final headcount to the restaurant.. people just suck!!!

Ohhhhhh isn't that so annoying?!! I'm pretty sure it really isn't that hard to just let someone know if you are coming. I made sure to keep on top of everyone. I sent the invitations for our eparty out pretty early, so when it was the day before the RSVP date, I was annoyed that I still had some people up in the air. It really will all work out, even with some stragglers

mine is next Sat, and I'm still getting RSVP's and the date was 2 weeks ago..and still don't have everyones answer..this is def the worst part..

Am I supposed to call or email everyone that I haven't heard from? I also need to give a final count to the caterer!!! I figured I would wait until the end of the weekend, the people I don't hear from, I will call or email on Monday. FUN!

yes i had the same problem with our engagement party! we only invited family (extended and immediate) and our few friends that are in the bridal parties. i put our house # as the RSVP # some texted my fiance and some called the house or not at all but thats b/c they were family and were lazy or thought 'Oh we're family they know we are coming' lol. it was annoying tho.

I had the same problem for my eparty. Not many RSVPs by the date. They will start flowing in over the next few days. People look at the invite and realize they just missed the date. I would be surprised if you didnt get a good chunk of them by the end of the week.
