I'm so annoyed Paradise Bridal just calls me right now to cancel my 2nd fitting for tomorrow bc they said that my alterations aren't done. Normally I wouldn't care but I'm coming from upstate and I was going out of my way to go to LI this weekend-now there is no point to go. And we were about to leave for LI right before they called!!! This gets me mad bc I didn't even want this appointment bc it was a bad weekend for me-but they told me they only do one Saturday a month. Now all of a sudden they can do next Saturday (I thought they only did 1 Saturday a month! ) Why do they wait until the day before to call?? Thanks for letting me vent. I might as well go unpack now.

Don't get me started about them...I have not even had my FIRST fitting yet and I'm getting married in 5 weeks. It took one year for them to get my dress in which finally came in last week. My bm dresses just came in today...I just need to get thru my fittings and theirs and that's it for my dealings with them. Ask to speak to the owner Peter....shake them up!

From what I have heard, there are a LOT of people peeved with them. We used them for my bridesmaid dresses which I think was a big mistake. They didn't even get the dresses in until about 10 days before the wedding and then my girls had to scramble to get the alterations done, not to mention they were very expensive. You'd think that such a big bridal shop would have it more together.

They called me the SAME day of my fitting at 5pm (fitting was at 7) and told me they weren't ready. I told them I was coming in at 8pm and it better be ready....turned out when I got there they were working on it but I waited until they were finished! Yea, they are terrible when it comes to alterations and scheduling
