Vent-Rant-Spilling my guts!! whatever!

I work with this person who is a spoiled brat egotistic maniac. He really is not a team player and it pisses me off. My bosses are pissed out it too, but haven't done anything about it. They may not since he is a vital part of our team.

I just want to tell him off and fire him. Of course, I can't.
