Vent - school

Just got back from vacation yesterday afternoon and I am STILL at work, finished work around 10:30pm but am staying b/c I'm finishing homework for my stupid math class that I put off until my last semester. After the HW, I have to study for my stupid math exam that I have tomorrow. I am so bummed out - I am taking such BS classes this last semester b/c I need these stupid credits!!! Aaaaarrrggghhh! I hate school!!!!!!

i here u, im taking 18 credits, - 6 classes, and planning a wedding....and somehow find time for DH....

I feel for you! At least you didn't switch your major and lose a year of credits like I did

Hang in there though! You're SO close to graduating! When you're feeling stressed, think about graduation day! It'll be here in no time

still up trying to read income tax here as well i loved college, but law school has completely wiped out my college memories - it's that bad

Most of the time, I don't wish to be back in law school - I hated it! I promise, I like my job MUCH better than I liked law school - and I especially like the fact that I get paid. I work for a very big firm, so it can get hectic, though! You caught me on a bad week.

FM me if you ever want to chat about law school or anything.

Are you in your second year? If so, I feel for you this first semester. It's SO hectic with on campus interviews and journal work if you're on one... Ugh! I had to write my appellate brief and my law review note the same semester as on campus interviews!

After that first semester of second year, though, it gets better!!

The worst part, is I have been contemplating geting a Part -time job to help with the wedding. when will I have time 2am- 7am who needs to sleep.

Thanks, I was contemplating Law school, but now after my engagement I do not think its possible. Fh wants kids right away and so do I.

o we all feel the same way...i feel the past 3 years have been a waste with all the bs classes you need to take for your major....just a way for them to make $ taking classes we will never need again...i have even had professor say that to me

*ah* i am unfortunately stuck down in north carolina at duke i'm a total city girl and thought i'd get used to being down south but it hasn't happened yet and i' a 3L!!!! i'm sad and w/ all the craziness abt the duke lacross team rape thing, there's just less of this town that makes it attractive.... am thankfully doing a visiting scholar program next sem at new york law school. def need to get outta here!

2L year was totally hellish~ 3L year i think would be better if i didn't have all the wedding planning to do (a lot of FIL probs) and taking 2 of the worst classes - evidence, tax.... and still taking 13 credits.... my evidence prof insists that we are all law and order buffs and doesn't bother really teaching evidence, he wants to play with evidence~ but i digress thank goodness i'm not on journal!!! doing interviews, journal and brief must've been absolutely insane for u!!!!
