VENT: soooo mad!!!!

So, yesterday was 6 months till my wedding... and me and FH go to the gym (like we've been doing for the past month) and there is a sign up saying that location of gym will be closing on 12/31/09 and we can all go to the next closest one (which is 30 mins away)!!!!!
The reason i joined this gym was it is literally walking distance to my townhouse & i drive by it on my way home (so i have no excuse not to go). I'm not driving 30 minutes out of my way when i already have an hour & a half commute each way to work!!!!
So now i don't know what to do - there are no other convenient gyms... i'm gonna google to see if there's like a YMCA or something i can go to on my way home from work but otherwise i'm never gonna get back in shape for the wedding

Is there a gym by your job that you could use during your lunch break. This will help you lose a lot of weight if you have a nice breakfast, skip lunch for gym or something light, and then nice dinner.

OR

you can eat really well during the week and then you and FH can gym it the whole weekend?

washington sports club!!! It's not like they're some little gym or anything (they're with NY Sports club)... i am so mad!

That's so irritating, I'm sorry.

If you decide not to continue to use them, are they going to worth with you on giving you back part of your membership?

i hope so - i read in the contract if the gym closes or moves & there is not another one within 5 miles, you can cancel! I'm sending FH to go talk to them tomorrow about it. I wanna keep going till it closes though - i really liked it there!

ugh, that stinks..
