vent vent vent

so my cousin calls me and is like oh what are you doing tonight.. and i'm like we're going to meet with a dj.. and she goes 'oh lord'..

EVERYTIME i mention wedding stuff in front of her she shrugs me off. why am i having her in my bridal party? whatever.

I know! I cant tell you how many times I will bring up the wedding and someone will tell me it's stupid buy a house instead!

Oh no....I'm so sorry!

People can sometimes get tedious. You didn't even TALK about the wedding. You simply told her to were going to see the dj. Sometimes people can be insensitive and don't realize how much time and energy is put into the planning of a wedding.

yes! that's how she is! she'd totally spend all the money on beer instead. she thinks marriage is outdated and bla bla bla.

these people make me afraid to ever bring the wedding word up!

GRRrrrrr people can be so inconsiderate! i know we ( me ) can go wedding overboard sometimes but can we help it that, t hats the only thing goin on in our lives right now!?!

I have a similar situation. My MOH is a very jealous person. I have a lot of exciting things going on in my life right now but I feel like I can't even talk about it without getting her upset. When I called her to tell her that I ordered my dress she said 'I'm in the middle of a pedicure, I'll call you back.' Never did. Then I showed her a pic and her response was 'nice.' It's like she has not interest. I keep asking her to go look at BM dresses with me and she keeps putting it off. Finally I asked her very nicely if she sitll wanted to be in the bridal party. She looked shocked and said 'of course.' Now she is calling me asking when we can look at dresses. Hehehe!

Maybe she is jealous or something...tell her how it makes you feel or say something like you are in the wedding so you should want to know what is going on... so frustrating.
