VENT - what a ***!

ugh - just tried calling delta to find flights to tahiti - the lady was SO MEAN. COMPLETELY different than the guy i spoke to just a couple of days ago! she kept directing me to the website only to find out that you can't try to book the intl rewards flights through the website! now when i try to call back, the line is busy?!?!?

UGH! ok, vent over.
