I got a call from Verbena today who I totally want to book, but I still haven't even looked anywhere else because I wanted to hold off on planning til January because of scheduling and school.... and I get a call today that somebody is interested in my date!
1. ITS A THURSDAY 2. IN LIKE 2 YEARS!
What are the chances? I mean, seriously? Now I have to go in January and possibly make a quick decision. I have a slight fear of commitment, so this just made me SO uncomfortable!

well it could be ppl usually take 2 years to plan their weddings and Thursdays is becoming popular now a days...
but DONT jump into it if its meant to be it will be, dont worry take ur time and shop around u have time

i dunno. verbena is a pretty reputable company. they prob did have someone that wants the date.

That's what I'm thinking. Luckily!! I have an appointment at the end of January now, but it's still sooner than I wanted. I'm just a little bummed by rushing, but I guess it'll be fine. I'll check out some florists at the beginning of January and most likely still go with Verbena anyway. I know what I want and I love them! I'm just sad at the rush... I mean... it took 8 years to get engaged. We're slightly slackers

I would not rush..... but I am just curious do they only work on one wedding at a time a day? Sorry never heard of them.

Yes. They do one wedding per day. I won't rush, but I'm kind of sad that I need to move up my search a little. If they called tomorow to tell me it's now or never.. I would say never. Hard sell = haha no. Thanks for listening girls! I guess that's the difficulty of wanting a florist who does one event at a time.

Definately don't rush your decision and dont let them feel rushed - you'll know if its right when you meet with them in Jan!
