VENT- What should I do about my favors? (sorry, long)

OK, so I ordered my salt and peper shakers... the store had 25 in that day, but had to order the rest. I left a $50 deposit, and was told that the rest would be in on May 25. Well, b/c i'm antsy, I called them today, just to see if 'maybe' they came in already. WELL, they weren't in, which I assumed, but then it took them over 15 min to FIND my order... the girl told me to call back on monday, and they would be able to tell me what day.

Well, 2 seconds later she called me back and told me that the order was pushed from May 15 until JUNE 30!!!!! and then she was like 'oh, is that o.k.?'

NO IT'S NOT OK, but what can I do??? Their price was the best I found, but do you think it's worth it so shop around to find similar ones at this point? (I already wrapped the 25 that I had, so the boxes would have to look similar...)

it's still going to come in over a month from the wedding date - i don't think that is cutting it too close....but if you are uncomfortable with their customer service (which sounds a little funky) I would look around...

See if you can get a vendor to match the lowest price - alot of them will do that (i did it with honeymoon and invites...)

OK, so nobody else has the style ones I want... there are 2 manufactuers of my favors, and eveyone has the 2nd ones, but not mine! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh this is so annoying.

I guess I will just have to wait and HOPE that on June 30th they all come in.

I did they are on a shipment from OVERSEAS... so June 30th is the 'arrivial' date... oh well, If I run out of time in that month to warp... it's a good excuse to have a 'WRAPPING PARTY' with you girls! I know ang is down!

I think you will still have plenty of time to get them ready before the wedding. It's so annoying when stores mess up like that .
