ok so i'm basically planning a wedding for 200 people in 5 months time and not to toot my own horn but have gotten ALOT done with VERY little assistance - fine - story of my life. yet, now we're down to the last 23 days and i mention to FH how some friends have said i'm so calm blah blah blah - overall i am calm. i do get frazzled because its overwhelming and SO busy especially working full time and all that. So he tells me I'm not calm - because i've yelled at him a few times over 'unrelated' stuff. Stuff like him spending nights sleeping at a beach house in addition to the nights he's actually working... He does not comprehend that sometimes it would be nice or comforting just to have him around. Is it me????

thanks - its just SO frustrating. we have not seen each other since Sunday nite, tonite he's home and tired so he's vegging on the couch and tomorrow he's staying at the beach house and then working on Sat. nite and we're supposed to have our rehearsal on sunday with family. He's making it really hard for me to feel joyous about any of it. i'm tired, i work hard, he has NO clue how much time/effort i put into the preparation and the couple of things he does do, he thinks i owe him a medal. Hello?? its his wedding too. My mom is not the biggest help and i don't have any sisters. I'm just tired and feel like why am i even bothering?

Unfortunately they don't get any better after you marry them. I just told FH that if he dosen't start appreciating me more (or at all) for all the cr@p that I do around here...i'm bouncing! And I don't make empty promises! I've had it!

OMG, that sounds like my FH! He doesn't want to help at all! Claims that his brother didn't do it, and wedding planning is for girls! D*mn male chauvinist!
And he just came back from the beach house yesterday after taking a day off from a visit to his parents beachhouse just 'cus his brother was gonna be there. :P
We have 2.5 months to go and I've asked him to put together a guest list for his friends/coworkers and he hasn't done so yet! Men are so infuriating! We get into arguments almost everyday... It's gotten so bad that we're seeing a counselor to see if we can actually work this out... :(
