Oh boy, here we go again.
After FH and I went to the gym tonight, I showed him the adorable stuff I got to ask my BMs to be BMs, and he said, 'Don't you think you should wait until we get all the guys?'
I said, 'uhhh, we HAVE all the guys! [best friend from childhood] is the best man, [college roomie] and [my brother]. duhhhh!'
So he says, 'What about [his BIL - the shitbag]? My sister will be really hurt if he's not involved.
Me: 'This is OUR WEDDING, not your sister's. I can't even stand to be in the same room with the guy, and you want him on the altar?!?! Over my dead body.'
Him: 'Well, I'm not starting a family war, so you'll have to deal.'
Me: 'This is one thing I will NOT deal with - I have absolutely no respect for him or his lifestyle, and I would cry alllllll day if he was in the BP'
Then he changed the subject, and left a few minutes later.

Gosh Nic....I really don't know how to remedy this. I'm having the opposite problem, I want FBIL to be his best man, but Pete thinks no. I think that will start a family war, we are not seeing eye to eye on this one and it is very frustrating!
