Venue Advice
Hi everyone. I'm getting married next year and had hoped to have a venue booked by now, but I'm having some trouble finding enough places to consider. We have a few specific things we're looking for:
-Western LI (probably Nassau or even Brooklyn/Queens)
-Saturday evening in September 2015, hoping for the 12th
-Small, somewhere around 80 or 85 guests
-Outdoor ceremony in garden-like setting (greenery and flowers!), with indoor option in case of rain
It seems like hardly any venues will take a small wedding on a Saturday night, and some that do don't have a nice outdoor ceremony space, so we haven't found that many options to consider yet. Does anyone have any venues they like and might be a match? Thanks!

Thanks, we're going there this weekend actually. There's been a little confusion about whether or not they still have the date though, so I'm worried we'll need to keep looking. If anyone has any other ideas, please post them. :)

My brother is getting married at the Foundry in LIC, it is a beautiful venue and very rustic. It is very different and would have to provide your own caterers which could save you money. http://www.thefoundry.info/wedding-private-event.html

Wind watch Golf & Country club! Check my album for pictures.. one of the top reason I chose it is for the beautiful outdoor area! Plus their prices are extremely reasonable, I'm payin $110 per person with tax and surcharge for a Friday night October wedding!
