Venue Appointments
Hi Girls! If any of you saw venues back to back in one day, how long in between did you book appointments? 2 hours? Also, how long do the appointments usually take?

i went to the NHP inn at noon with my mom and then went to the milleridge cottage at 4/430... but the meetings are like an hour tops so you could do one at 10, and another at like 12 depending on how far you need to drive
Depending on how many rooms are in the venue might deped on how log appts are. I saw 3 in one day. First one at 1230 then the second I didn't have an appt for and the last one was at 4 and I was early for the last one
I'd block out 90 minutes for an appointment. You never know if the BM is running late or if you end up having a lot of questions if you really like a place. I definitely spent longer than an hour at a couple of places.
We usually did like 2+ hours between to allow travel. I agree that some places I was there for over an hour.
We usually gave it two hours between venues, just to be safe. Most of the times we had time to spare, but once the BM was 30 minutes late, and we made it just in time for our next appointment.
I crammed 3 in one day. WM at 10:00, Riviera at 11:30 and Metropolitan at 1pm. It was crazy, but it worked.
The longest I was at a venue was a half hour. Because I stayed local to my house when I saw two in one day I wound up going home in between because I left 2 hours in between so if places are close make sure you don't have too much of a gap.
I think I did a minimum of 2-3 hours in between because I hate to rush!
Great question!! The only time I looked at 2 in one day, I had an appointment at 12 at my venue, then drove to another venue to do a driveby and literally just walked in and got a tour on a whim lol I am no help. But when in doubt, leave yourself more time, and you can stop to get a bite to eat or whatever in between.
I gave it 2 hrs between appointments. It ended up taking less time than I allotted, but better safe than sorry.
