Hi! I'm very interested in booking at T*mber P The only thing that's stopping me is that, after looking at two other places today, it seems like Timber doesn't offer the same amount of cocktail hour food!! Besides picking 8 butler passed hors d'oeuvres, i get to pick 7 other foods. Meanwhile, somewhere like Westbury Manor would have me pick maybe triple that for cocktail hour!
Should I be concerned about this, or is this amount of food going to be okay?
Please help!!!

We are booked at Bourne and we booked Lessings because of their reputation for the quality of the food. Frankly, I think that what Timberpoint offers is more than fine. That is a lot of food. My favorite part of the weddings is the coctail hour and then I can never eat the meal.
No one has ever starved at a Long Island wedding.

I had some concerns with Timber Point as well..... I ended up not going with them- however I have been to other weddings under the Lessings name and the food was ALWAYS good.
Make sure they are giving you a good price.... let them sweat alittle.... I didn't contact them after a week and the emailed me a price 10 dollars less a person!
