Anyone been to a wedding at Flowerfield that had about 250 guests? If so, was the ballroom tight?
Also, did they have the sushi station? If so, how was it? Were there 3 sushi chefs?

My wedding was at Flowerfield and we had 238 guests and there was room for more!!! It didn't even feel like that many people... the place is so large! We didn't have sushi, but it was an add-on. You could probably negotiate having sushi in leiu of another station if you want.
