Venue Help Needed!
Hey everyone! I'm newly engaged and just started researching some venues online. I'm considering October/November 2014 wedding so I'm trying to narrow down some venues to save some time...there is so much information out there so I'm hoping someone can help!Does anyone have any affordable venues (under 100pp) to recommend, preferably in Nassau? Ideally, I would like a Saturday night in early November but I'm flexible on the time of year if I can get a really great deal.
So far (just from my research online), I really like Milleridge Cottage, Harbor Links, Swan Club, Bridgeview. I also like Westbury Manor but that seems out of my price range. I called a few places for pricing but I'm curious how much they will negotiate. Would anyone be willing to share quotes for any of these venues OR any other venues in my price range?
Thanks so much! :)

Thanks everyone! This is really helpful in trying to narrow down my search. I'm hoping to look at different venues over the next few weeks and see what's even available.

Westbury manor was very beautiful, the outside gardens especially. When we visited they also gave us a chocolate fondue to eat while we went over what they had to offer. We didnt book with them after all but they were a close runner up.Make an appointment to a bunch of places first before you book, the way they treat you during those appointments can help sway your decision. We looked at about 5 places before we decided.

Thanks! Sarahg9 - I liked the Riviera also from pictures, and it's in a great location for us, but I heard it can be kind of tight with too many people. I think we'll have somewhere around 150-200 people - will that be too cramped?

Day weddings are much cheaper than night weddings... No one tells you that! If you find a venue you really like, ask them about daytime pricing. You may be able to get the venue of your dreams when you thought you'd never be able to afford it...

I'm a Bridgeview Bride, but a summer time wedding... not sure if October/November falls in the same price range as me. I'm pretty sure it's cheaper... and I think they were VERY reasonable for what they offered! FM me if you have any specific questions, but I highly recommend them!Welcome New Vendors
