venue is paid off! :)

As of today our venue is paid off! We owe $1500 total towards other little wedding costs but it feels so good to know it's such a small amount. We are so excited and so proud that we paid it off in 6 months! :) we owe just the gratuity the day before which my parents will generously be paying. We are so thankful my parents are covering the rest of the wedding and we only had to pay for the hall. Love them! Just thought I would share because I'm so beyond excited and it's a huge accomplishment :)

We had to guarantee 130 people. So anyone we are over which will likely be 10 at the most we pay 2 weeks prior. We have extra money set aside for any wedding emergencies such as this. Also the gratuity gets paid right before the wedding but we are fortunate to have that last bill at the hall paid for by my parents. We just wanted to pay it off quick. We are saving for a house and are hoping to buy around August so I just needed this done and over with. As long as you follow your hall payment schedule or let them know your making a payment you should be fine to give them money!

We had to guarantee 120, and we just barely made that. Whew!

Nice.......I am having a hard time keeping up with their payment schedule and here you go paying your's off.....LOL!
