Hi.. Does anyone have any info such as pricing, min guest list etc for the following places??

Old Field Club
Three Village Inn
Smithtown Landing
Larkfield Manor

I dont know about any of them other then OFC. IMHO they are EXTREMELY over priced for what they offer. I'm takjing skimpy cocktail hour and 2-3 choices for dinner for over $100++. The scenery is beautiful but the room itself is much smaller then what it looks like in pictures. I was very dissappointed when I went there. Hate to be the debbie downer but I hth!!!

Venue questions

we are getting married at larkfield but they will be closed for renovations in may (which is the date you have listed) i think they reopen in june? but i think the first few months are pretty booked.
Pricing is changing due to renovations, so it's best to go in & ask
our minimum (for the bigger room) is 150--- i think the smaller room is 80 or so?

the food is AMAZING

check out the renovation pictures on their facebook- much more extensive than on the website!

I had my wedding at TVI but did not go for the full wedding package, i opted for a cocktail reception. I believe the wedding prices was less than $100 pp. Depends on the time of year and the day you pick. Worth looking into. I loved it there.

I looked at OFC & Larkfield and found both extremely over priced honestly. When we went to look, OFC was over $150 per person. From what the BM said, after construction started, Larkfield was going to be in the same range. We were also told at Larkfield that our wedding of around 125 - 150 people would be in the smaller room (which I don't know where they would put people because it didn't look big enough).

Smithtown Landing quoted us $104 for a Saturday night in September, that includes tax and gratuity for a 100 person minimum. I know they just sent me a flyer in the mail offering really low pricing.
