Fiance and I are looking at fox hollow, crest hollow, woodbury cc and chateau briand on 2/18 for our may/june 2014 wedding. What questions should we ask them? Thanks!

minimum number required/ guarantee cost per head and then total with service + tax -- depending on day & time when deposits due/ schedule if they do ceremonies on site & cost linen colors available table cards provided? menus printed? what bakery does cake & if included in cost any restrictions (Candles/ sparklers/ etc) any other weddings @ same time (i think all yours do have them?) areas you will have access to & if only at certain times (for pictures) get a copy of menu choices is there a valet? coat check? bridal attendant? liquors/ beers / wines to select from (top shelf? premium? what is the difference?) are children full price, half price, free (ages?) are vendors half price/ free? (house vendors vs your own) do you have to use house vendors Can you do a rehersal there (if your ceremony is there) when do you do a tasting any 'extras' they inlcude number of waiters per table? # bartenders? special food requests- kosher/ gluten free/ lactose free/ allergies - available upon request (prior or day of)
