What did you focus on during your second visit? Were there any questions you asked during the 2nd visit that you didnt think of during your first? Any specific advice?

Venue visits for the 2nd time
We asked about a lot of details that we didn’t think of on our first visit. Such as…
How early can we arrive at the venue for photos? (We’re having everything at one location and are seeing each other before the ceremony - but it’s still important to ask if you wanted to do photos between ceremony and reception)
Does the venue require vendors to be insured? (I think most venues do, so most professional vendors are insured. Just another important thing to double check on both ends.)
What is included? (Obvious question, but we found out after the fact that we have to pay extra for the maître d' to do a rehearsal with us. I also won’t be able to do certain decorations I had in mind unless I recruited or hired someone to do it. Neither would have deterred us from picking our venue, but would have been good to know in advance.)
Ask family & friends what’s important to them too. Different things matter and stand out to different people. Hope that helps! Good luck!

All the little details. We visited two venues on our second visit and at one of them we noticed A LOT of little things like holes in a lot of the linens, smelly carpet, etc. don't be blinded by the beautiful room and make sure to ask any questions you have.
