Venue visits this weekend!

I am doing my first venue visits this weekend! Does anyone have 2012 quotes for these venues, so that I'm prepared?

Westbury Manor
Fox Hollow
Chateau La Mer
Venetian Yacht Club

Would love to hear what you guys have to say about these places.
