We got such a great deal at Sand Castle for a Friday in February and booking with in less than a year time frame. (I wanted a Saturday but we couldn't meet the minimum)
If you can brave the cold, Winter weddings are the way to go!! Goodluck.

It's not on your list but check out Bridgeview Yacht Club. It was $75pp for March 15 2013 :)

Thatched cottage has an all inclusive package for 10k for the winter and I believe Fox Hollow would be in the $75pp range for January but not 100% sure.
Also its not on your list but I think Watermill was around $60-$65pp for a Friday in January (Sorry I don't have exact quote with me)and Swan Club is very reasonable also. I would check them out.
Also I'm happy to see somebody else planning for January 2016! :)

This! When I heard this I was floored and so ready to do it but the FH was hell bent on Having an outdoor ceremony and he hates the cold. TRUST ME the food there is out of this world!!! BEST FOOD I've had and we've been to at least 12 places, incredible beyond belief. Maureen is awesome!

Fox Hollow quoted us $85pp for the Somerley for January 2014, we didn't attempt to negotiate at all so this is probably negotiable. They're definitely not on the high end for winter.

they quoted us about that too but that IS high for winter (compared to venues priced similarly to them the rest of the year) i got the feeling that they dont really think they 'need' to negotiate.

I was quoted SIGNIFICANTLY more than that for the Somerley for a Saturday in December. Like completely and utterly floored when I heard the price, after hearing other brides' quotes. They told me December is more than June because of the decorations. I tried to negotiate big time and nothing.

you should check out the milleridge cottage- the village, inn and cottage are decorated so beautifully during the holidays! But i would not recommend a wedding at the Inn, because I heard the food is terrible. The cottage has a different caterer, and the food is amazing!

When I inquired about a Saturday in March 2014, FoxHollow told me $150pp with 150 minimum. I hung up on them.
