I'm planning a shower and need a venue for about 50 women but would really love it to have water views. Any suggestions? I prefer to stay in Nassau County. Thanks!!!

What about Thatched Cottage--I know they have a smaller room for non-wedding parties. That's in Centerport, though. Hmmm What about the restaurant at the Crescent Beach Club?

Not in Nassau, but The Riverview in Oakdale and Captain Bill's in Bay Shore. Also try the Nautical Mile area in Freeport.

Danfords in Port Jefferson has a beautiful view of the harbor and great food. The main room may be a little big for a party of 50. They also have smaller conference-sized rooms overlooking the water but I am not sure what the person limit is.

On the water in Port Washington is the restaurant Louie's. If I remember correctly they have a party room that looks directly onto Manhasset Bay.
The Riviera in Massapequa would be a really good place with beautiful waterviews and it is not to big. Another place that is nice for a shower is Paddy McGee's in Island Park, which is also on the water!

Have you tried Steamboad Landing? They are right on the water and I believe that they are located in Glen Head.
