I checked out their sample menu and I don't remember any of the food being offered. my contract and info is at home (somewhere)... I was just wondering if you ladies were offered things like Chateaubriand and Chilean sea bass? and a suckling pig as a carving station?
I know were weren't offered that!
So I just wanted to know if I missed something or all this is new?

I'm a Verdi's girl! I'm in the Crystal Room....I probably wont have more than 100. I still wanna upgrade to the new room they put on their website!
That new menu sounds awesome, I'll def have to check it out when i go to NY in April!

YUP thats what its called... I can never remember, cause it used to be called something else.
Not sure how many people yet, we guaranteed 150.
Are you doing the full VH?

wer also said about 140 to 150. when we met them and signed the contract we didn't have the VH but it may change..lol
we did add another hour to the reception

I was only offered the Sucking Pig. I think the other 2 are new.
