Vermont? Jboothin....maybe you can help me?

Hello again ladies. We have now changed our idea for a 'mini moon' once again. We are now thinking Vermont or New Hampshire. Somewhere we can hike, and ride quads and go horseback riding. Maybe rent a cabin with a fireplace and hot tub? Does anyone know of some good places for like $1000 for 5 days? Thanks in advance!

Edited for spelling....

I have two suggestions one is this place:
Round Barn Inn

and then there's this Bed and Breakfast no kids allowed that DH and I always go to, its a tiny place but the Innkeepers are really nice and their food is out of this world, also they can make you a nice picnic basket and you can go hike on the mountain(Okemo) and there's also a big beautiful lake nearby. FM me if you need more info...

Thank you. I forgot about the Round Barn. We were thinking of doing the wedding there. I'll definitely look into the both. How far is Ludlow from here? About 6 hours?

Hey Jen -- I don't know much about Vermont, sorry. New Hampshire is more my game. If you want info on that, let me know (it might be easier if we just talk or something tonight though, there are a ton of areas and to type it all out would be hard .... ).

Here's the little I do know about VT -
Burlington Vt is very nice but not so many attractions ... we have friends that live there. Central VT is nice -- woodstock area is gorgeous. But I never stayed there in a hotel, my parents' neighbors have a house there and we stayed there once.
