Verona is a great town. The taxes are a tad high (but where aren't they...)..but the neighborhood is great. Schools are great Perfect for commuting to the city... The towns that surround are also really nice...like livingston, west orange, maplewood, so. orange (parts of)...
If you found a house that you love, Verona would be a great place to settle!

I know!!! My DH and I are looking in the same area...so I know how you feel... It's so stressful!
We fell in love with a house in W.Orange a couple weeks ago - but the taxes were 9K!!!! We had to pass it up....the taxes would just keep going up and up and up!!! UGH!
