My boss is suffering from this so badly... no medicine works... does any recommend any Doc or treatment? TIA

He should see a doc because may times it has an underlying cause (if its true vertigo vs dizzy spells). It can be due to many things, inner ear infections being the most common.

unfortunatly rest is the best advice i can give. my sister had it and it lasted for a couple of months. Give her my best, i know it can be rough

Woah...your boss needs to see a doctor asap...primary care doc I'm guessing. Vertigo takes a while to treat and cure. My grandmother had Vertigo for about 3 months and she said it was worse than chemo. Sorry to hear that!
