It seems like every venue I take interest in turns out to be out of our budget! Help? We are looking for a ceremony/reception venue anywhere on Long Island or NYC. Outdoors, garden/forest type setting, parks, museums, historical sites... Our budget is pretty much miniscule so anywhere in the $1000 range or under... thanks!

$1000 for the hall?! Even with the cheapest place your only gonna be able to have 25 people to meet that budget. As was said, you might have better luck at a resturant with a private room. Good luck.
