Last night I had an appointment to pick up my thank-yous (finally!). The appointment was for 7:00 PM. I got there at 7:04 and NO photographer!! The place was closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waited until 7:30 thinking maybe he went to dinner or something and lost track of time, but he never showed up. Another couple showed up at 7:15 for a 7:00 PM appointment to pick up proofs. They didn't even wait as long as I did before leaving.
I am so angry about this it's not even funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how annoying, I can't believe that. Even if you had an emergency, still have somebody call to reschedule your apts..

The excuse was that I was in the book for tonight - not last night. If it wasn't for the fact that another couple was there trying to pick up proofs at the same time I would believe it - but how do you put two couples in the appointment book for the wrong day?????????????????????????
