Very annoyed with SILVERFOX!!!!!
They called me two weeks ago and told me my unedited DVD was ready. I ran to pick it up at 7:30 that night. Went home and it didnt work. I tried 2 DVD players and my laptop. I called Franco, the manager, who said they may not have 'finished' the DVD but one would be ready for me the following Tuesday. Here we are a week later and still no DVD!!!!!!!!!!! I called today and they had some song and dance about how their equipment broke and they are doing construction, blah blah blah. I am really annoyed and getting impatient. Just had to vent!
