our wedding album sux, we did not receive what we were promised, we hardly got any pics of us, the pic of my leg with my steeler garter is not even there. non of the 8x10 pics he promised, he cut our heads off in one. dh is going to be pissed. when we were referred to him the pics he showed us were beautiful. that was why we booked him. and we payed him lots of cash. I hate to be him when dh see's these. my niece took alot better pics than he did. she is making us a scrap book, she is really good at that she took over 400 pics. I am soo sad I just want to cry......... I wish dh was not at work.

i'm confused...you chose the photos to put in your album but the photographer didn't put them in the album??

Oh no! Are they just proofs? I'm disappointed in my proofs, but it wasn't so much the quality, i just feel like we didn't get enough of DH and i together and we only have two pics with the whole bridal party and they're ok. But i feel that he missed a lot of little details and a few big ones. So sorry you are dealing with this!

Oh no that is terrible! Do you feel like you can call him and complain, if he promised you one thing and gave you another you should demand that he give it to you! Were you able to get your proofs from him?

yes, we gave him a list went over everything prior to our day, dh had to tell him at the reception that he did not take a pic of our rings, so then he did. and NO we called to pic our photos and he said I took 300 pics you get them all, YEAH RIGHT. I do not know what to do, I do not want to call him w/o dh he always handles everything calmly, I on the other hand freak out.

so you mean that he sent you the proofs and the pics are horrible? but not an actual album yet right?

with all do respect I could have taken pics that guest took to wal-mart had them printed and did my own album. and it would be better. dh is gonna sh*t.

i feel bad for you who was it that did that?
shira z im using and she does everything shes says we even bought our e-pics online but werent suppose to and then she felt bad so she threw in a free 8x10 and the cd

we used perfect memory photography, we live in pa. friends and I first seen him at a bridal show. I wish I did not stop at his booth.

So sorry you are dealing with this.
Did you have a video? If so can they get some photos from your video printed up? I know they can definitely do this. I would call him pronto (or have DH do it) and see what he will do for you. After everything is said and done, definitely complain to the BBB if it is not exactly to your liking!!!!
