Very Distracting!

I stopped coming on here for a long time... and ever since I started again last week I have done NO WORK!

I literally did nothing work related yesterday except when a few students came in. I am trying to stay focused but LIW and the fact that my wedding is 60 days away makes it hard to concentrate!

I know exactly what you mean. Seriously. Exactly.

Ugh.

I have GOT to get this motion done this morning, but I don't want to concentrate at all!!!!

I'm seriously thinking of printing out a bunch of cases and taking them into the conference room to handwrite this darn thing just to get myself away from the computer long enough to get it done.

I have no self control.

I am IN A DEPOION right now, and im on LIW.

Lol... I think the point is... we don't!!!!

It's 10:15 now... I'm giving myself 5 more minutes of 'play' time then I'm closing out all IE windows besides lexis for a little while... argh.

ummm yea i dont know what it is about this site but im extremely addicted!!!!

i try to close it out, and then 5 seconds later its back up.

For the record your honor....im doing technology for the deposition. This job is mindless today. I only have to scan a document and put it on the screen...so I have (almost) too much time on my hand's to surf LIW.

I know, it's so hard to work when there is LIW - I said it last week, if my company watched my internet use I would be fired!!!!!

I'm a lawyer, too, and have the EXACT same problem!!!

Did you miss me???

How's everyone else faring? I'm finishing my lunch break now so I feel no guilt. NO GUILT I TELL YOU!

Edited to delete... I deleted some stuff about what I'm doing at work because I got nervous about having it all out there... not because of you guys, but other types who may be around since this is a public forum...

Actually my work told me they have nothing for me to do until I leave in June, so i'm pretty much paid to sit her. Nice right?

So instead of distracting me from work, LIW distracts me from working on wedding planning. For some reason I would rather read about what all you ladies are doing than get my butt in gear and work on my own planning.
