very frustrated

I have to vent right now about the fact that I cannot stop checking this site. I have never ever been an online person, and I usually go weeks without checking my email. I cannot believe how much time I spend on this site, and how I think I'll just go on for one minute and it winds up being hours! I don't post as much as I check. This is ridiculous! Does anyone else feel this way! And to think I am only a Board Enthusiast???!!!

All the time I do that. I tell FI all the time I just want to go and see if I have any FM's or if someone responded to a thread I started or even something I responded too.

Yes! I agree!! I find myself on here all the time..I think its because everything posts so fast and by the time you post something, there is always something new to comment on!! I find this to be THE BEST resource!! Altho it is impacting my life when I type MOH or FMIL or FH to my friends...I forget who I am talking to!! hahah...gosh I love this site@!

I hope my FI doesn't break up with me because I spend too much time on this site instead of with him. He's already complained!

Mine has come to acceptance. He was on the phone last night with his friend and he said to him oh she's on her wedding site so she is in her own world.

I love going on here. I can talk about my wedding, get ideas, help girls, vent, and have fun.

The boards get very addicting and like someone said their is always something going on. When you post a response someone else is possibly posting at the same time so you may go back and read what they post, then respond and its a circle that doesnt end and before you know it boom you're up to 1000 posts.

Then the fun things like peeps and buckets start and those go on for pages and pages and you dont want to miss a think otherwise you feel like you have so much to catch up on if you dont sign on.

Oh yea its completely addicting and FI has definatly grown to accepting my addiction

I just graduated and I am finishing up my internship and have all these notes to catch up on. I need to write out my thank you notes from my graduation party, and instead I am procrastinating on this site! If things get worse, this wedding won't get planned b/c I will be on this site instead of planning!

Of course he doesn't mind, he's like my Fi. It gives him an excuse to do his own mindless activities...

I tell FI I can go on LIW for hours and not bother you or I can not go on and bug you about every little wedding detail, chore around the house, and just plain old driving you nuts.

It works out for both of us

It's the same thing for us; I just hope we can find some other distractions after the wedding is over. But then there is the Newlywed and Parenting sections...

Their will always be a need to come on after the wedding.

the wedding review, then posting away on the newlywed board, exchanging recipes, pictures, decorating a house, working on arts and crafts projects, then the parenting board, discussing your progress along pregnancy, the birth, the first month, feedings, doctor visits, pictures, and the fun just never ends

We could all talk about how bad our arthritis is and what kind of canes and walkers we have
