Hey girls. So, my BM dresses finally came in on Thursday. Today I went to see all the dresses - I wasn't going to until one of my BM said I should 'just check them out:' Well, thank God I did.
EACH AND EVERY dress was stained or pulled. They were so dirty, linty and pulled in so many spots. Let's just say that I have 8 dresses, and we went through 70 stickers to identify defects on the dress.
My BM dresses are Watters and Watters, what I thought was a reliable company.
Now, we have to send them all back and ask Watters and Watters to replace them (some are THAT dirty). These are Very expensive dresses and I can't believe that they would send such poor quality to a client.
Mind you - I ordered these dresses through one of their 'exclusive' vendors.....
So, please when you get the call - whether it's your dress, BM dresses or FG dresses, PLEASE go inspect all the dresses.
Sorry for the vent, but I can't believe that EVERY dress was filthy!

OMG! Thats horrible! Im so sorry this happened to you. Im also using a watters dress for my girls and it came in perfect condition! I ordered them online though not a bridal store.
You should make them send it back and rush order you a new set

ohmyword - how in the world did they send them out with over 70 things wrong with them!?!?!?! Yikes! That has to be one of the worst stories of BM dresses coming in! At least they are fixing the issues for you!!!

Does the shop have any idea what happened? This sounds so crazy to me? Were they samples that they are trying to pass off as your dresses?

That's insane!!! I would try to get a name and phone # at Watters on your own and make sure everything is noted. I've heard so many stories about bridal stores not doing the right thing. You need to make sure you are covered. Good Luck!
