So... I was not blessed with an hourglass figure...so I gotta fake it! LOL 2 questions:
1- What is everyone wearing under their dress that is giving you a smooth silhouette if you dont have one?
2- Anyone know of a good brand and or store where I can go to...

Spanx. I live for them. Go on spanx.com or you can buy them in Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, or Saks. Its the best 30 or 40 bucks you'll ever spend. No matter what size you are...they make such a difference. I've seen size 2 girls using spanx for the record.

i got my spanx at torrid wonce it get closer to the wedding i'm going to try out corsets... lanyn bryant has a nice white one.
i got the long line bra from davids bridal but it doesn't fit right

i've been hearing spanx is heaven sent i have to try that!! The problem is i have too much of an hourglass figure!!!!!!!

The spanx that I wear mostly is called 'power panty' & its basically like short spandex-y shorts. It ***** in your butt & hips and smoothes the silhouette (and makes you look about 10 lbs thinner, I kid you not. I wore them too when I went gown trying on, so my butt wasn't in the poor sales lady's face as I was getting in and out of gowns. The other style I've worn (I forgot the name) was similar to the power panty, but it ended right under your knee. That was awesome too.

i'm actually getting mine through davids bridal only b/c it's the one i've been wearing when trying on my dress so i know it fits well with it-it's expensive BUT knowing my lines look great gives me a big relief...

I got mine at this crazy little place in NYC called Orchard Street Corest - it's just a shaper b/c my gown is full at the bottom, I figure I don't need hips. they have everything though.
