I read that - very interesting!

I went to a conference for my job and Pearl Kamer, the economist mentioned in the article spoke about the housing market - at that speech she said that the housing market will come down.

It is nearly impossible for first time homebuyers to afford a house here - and most of my friends who went to college with me have moved out of state and bought a house. Definite brain drain going on!

I guess we'll see what happens in the spring!
