Very nervous

My eparty is this Sunday and the computer weather shows rain friday,sat & sunday (even though they showed that this past sunday and it was 85) I don't know what we are going to do with 100 people if it rains

I feel your pain!!!! My Fh and I are having an e-party/bbq this Saturday. It's in his mom's backyard, and we're catering it ourselves..... I think we are going to buy ponchos and deliver our 100 or so guests in their cars that or play mud volleyball.
Hope for Sun!!!!

i wouldn't worry so far in advance, they usually dont' know what is gonna happen until that actual day. if you are somewhat religious or you have someone in your family that is put some rosary beads out, that's always been a big thing in my family.

we are getting a tent, but it doesnt have sides...you think that will be okay? i mean it poured today and it's all dried up already, maybe they just say that b/c of the hot weather, i hope

My e-party was in my sister's backyard. We had a tent without sides as well. AND IT POURED!!!!!!!!! AND guess what! We had such an awesome time!!!!!! Honestly, the weather didn't spoil it at all! We had about 65 people. Some people stayed inside most of the time, but most braved the weather and stayed under the tent. Sure...it would have been nice if it was a beautiful sunny day, but we had a GREAT time despite the weather! Don't worry! It will be great no matter what! But I'll pray for nice weather for you just in case!

get the sides just in case. My engagement party is August 6th and we rented a big tent w/ sides just in case. if your tent doesn't come with sides, call a local tent place i am sure that they will accomodate you. I am praying for you that you have a great day!!

The party will be great either way!! Those weatherman don't know anything anyway its all a guessing game.

I really hope it's great weather for you.
I think it's too early to tell how the weather will be. Plus very often they forecast the weather wrong. So don't stress too much.

I will pray for you so a beautiful day it will be.

I'll do the sun dance too! I just had my e-party this past Sat. and up until the n ight before the forecast called for rain. Everything will go well!

Yikes......I will keep my fingers crossed for you girls with e-parties this weekend for some sun. Just think, they have said rain the past couple of weekends already and we haven't had any thing but sunny beautiful days. I wouldn't get all upset until the actual day...you'll drive yourself crazy with worrying!! I will do the 'No rain' dance and keep my fingers crossed for sunny dry days!!

Don't worry, on the weather channel they're predicting 'scattered thunderstorm' which doesn't translate into a 100% of rain. If anything there might be a rainshower for a half hour or so and then it'll pass.

Sometimes they just put 'chance of rain' to cover themselves. It's really too early to tell. So just hope for the best, but either way you'll have a great time and won't even notice the weather!!
