Just found out today that my cousin's wife just lost her baby...she was 3 and 1/2 months pregnant and she is apparently VERY upset - we were very excited b/c their baby was going to be at our wedding. Apparently this was a surprise to everyone her Dr told her everything was going great.
Can I ask people who know - how long do you have to wait before trying to TTC again?

I'm very sorry! Usually 2-3 cycles, so that your body has time to recover.

I am really sorry for your family's lose. I am sure she is very upset, as she had hopes, dreams and love for her child already. Maybe you can just call her or send her a nice 'thinking of you' card.

Hugs to your cousin and his wife. I agree that a thinking of you card would be nice.

Re: Very sad
my family and I were thinking of doing that but my aunt thought that might upset her more than help her - she is trying to move on and not think about it and be strong.
Thank you girls - we are all very sad for her
FH and I were at their wedding so it was very special to us that they were going to be at our wedding with their newborn (would have been about 4 months by our wedding) it had special meaning to us.

Re: Very sad
MY FSIL just lost her baby at the same stage in her pregnancy and her doctor asked her to wait 6-7 months because she apparently has a weak uterus. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss
