i won a tiara from princess bridal the other day and they just emailed me to tell me that there was a problem. they only had one in stock nd it ws damaged so they have to get another one from the manufacturer to send to me so it's going to take a little while longer to gt to me. i was so excited to see it soon! now i'm sad..

dont be sad. they are very nice and honest about the situation.
They could have been mean and sent you a damaged item, but they want it to be perfect for you.

i'm so relieved that they contacted me as soon as they did - it says a lot for them as a business...but it's stil not what i wanted to hear.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hate when you're looking forward to something and something goes wrong. Just be patient, I'm sure it'll be beautiful once you do receive it. Did you win it at the Watermill showcase? I didn't get to go because I live in Jersey and didn't want to drive out in that storm that we had. Do you know when the next one is?

MrsM - not sure when the next showcase is...they say they do them 4 times per year. I was there last night - didn't win a thing and i stayed until the very end. but hey - i did get free food!

I got my tiara from them- it came in perfect condition, wrapped nicely and everything. You will get it!

It will be worth the wait I purchased mine from them and it is beautiful But, if I was you I would be upset - I waited by the maibox everyday for mine
