Is it bad luck for both of us to try on our wedding bands once they come in???

Re: Very silly question but had to ask
I don't think so. As far as I know, pretty much everyone tries them on.
BTW - your poll question doesn't match up with your poll answers - people are going to get confused...

Re: Very silly question but had to ask
We picked up our bands in March and both tried ours on. FH didn't want to take his off. Ha Ha.

Re: Very silly question but had to ask
I have a feeling I am going to be the same way...I Just had no idea if you should try it on or not. In the movies they always make it seem like it fits perfectly or that it is too small -
don't need to have that happen on the bid day.
and yes I do lie awake thinking of completely ridiculous stuff like this

Re: Very silly question but had to ask
It's not ridiculous! No question is too dumb!!!!!
If you can remember too - big IF, put some lotion on your ring finger right before you walk down the aisle so your FH can easily put your ring on....

I tried mine on and then put it right away. FH put his on and it fell off. We have to go get it sized tomorrow. Try it on!!

You have to. What if it doesn't fit?

Re: Very silly question but had to ask
We literally just walked in the door after purchasing ours. I've already tried it on like 25 times. No, it's not bad luck -- at the very least, you need to try it on to make sure it fits!

Re: Very silly question but had to ask
Definitely try them on! You want them to fit, imagine trying to put the ring on FH's finger and it won't go on because its too small!!! I used to try mine on all the time before getting married.
