VERY TMI....personal ques for the ladies...

Okay, so hubby and I were feeling frisky this weekend and we haven't done the deed since about a month before Amber was born (so it's been awhile). We started getting into it and it hurt like heck!! I actually bled too. Needless to say it was not how I expected our first post birth encounter to be

Did any of you ladies have a similiar experience? I felt as if I was a virgin, it hurt that bad...

I would go get checked out -
I didn't have any problems post baby, I don't think you should be hurting though.

Your body does not produce the same amount of natural lubricate as it did pre-pregnancy right now. You need to use a KY type product, especially if you are breastfeeding. It can take a few months for your hormones to regulate back to normal. This is very common.

Did you have an epis? If so, it's unfortunate but possible that it could take up to a year to heal.

Try asking your GYN for estrogen cream to use because my one girlfriend swears by it. It does get better, it just takes time!
