I don't know that anyone can say for sure! There are people on this board that have gone both ways.

I went with Viacord.
A side note: whichever you chose, if you have a friend who used them, say he/she referred you when signing up. From Viacord, that would mean your friend gets a $100 savings bond.

I dont know which is better per se, but after checking out Viacord and CBR we decided to go with Viacord, the information Viacord sent us was a bit more extensive then the info packet from CBR

VIACORD, DEFINITELY! Their success rates and viable cell #'s once taken from the baby are much higher than other companies. And they have been certified for years, rather than other companies who have just become licensed or tell you their license and certification is 'pending'.
