I can not say enough amazing things about this hotel!! There is a new women to speak with her name is Kim and she has been amazingly helpful! She listens to what you say, is more organized then me, and is willing to go the extra mile! I have nothing bad to say about them! Our room blocks are done and I am smitten with our final choice!!

Ditto!!!! Love Kim! She is so great and thank goodness the other 2 we for have to deal with! I'm getting ready there too. And staying the night before. There main hair stylist actually called me to discuss the bridal party lol I need to see

Kim is amazing. We were actually about to block with a different hotel for cheaper, but they had questionable customer service. FH and I left there wondering if we had made the wrong choice....
But then we went to the Viana and Kim was amazing. She is very responsive both to phone calls and e-mails, and even though the rooms cost more per night for our guests, we feel more comfortable because we know they are in good hands.

They have a romance package and a full spa downstairs, there is also a movie theater next door. the comfort and food is shear perfection. We got engaged at this hotel and it was pure memorable and they treated us like royalty!
