Did Viana offer a free shuttle when you blocked rooms? I might be imaging it, but I thought several brides mentioned that they offer a shuttle. Also, would anyone mind FM'ing me the rate for rooms? Thanks.

I did not book there...but I remember the rate being like $160 something for per night with a block. I just remember it was $30 more from where I did...so maybe it was closer to $169.
Not sure about the shuttle

No. They do not offer a shuttle at the moment.

I don't think they have their own shuttles, but work with an outside company. They quoted me $435 for a 14-passenger shuttle, for 2 hours prior and post the event. This was way too expensive considering I need to transport around 50 people, so I booked a coach bus myself.

I was so angry. I spoke with their original manager (before they opened) and was quoted a rate with no guarantee and a FREE shuttle. Then he left and I was told a rate $25 more (which eventually they said they'd drop back down) but I'd have to guarantee 20 rooms and no shuttle. WTH!
I HAVE heard that they now use Camelot for the shuttle, which is a plus because Camelot rocks

I just booked with terrence yesterday, if u do book viana don't speak with Joann she is horribly rude. Terrence gave me the room PCM pricing discount which is $165 per standard room per night. The jacuzzi suite with a block is $235 and the kitchen suite is $265 with a block. Also the shuttle is available for $425 and that is run by Camelot. We didn't need the shuttle for anyone but I'm sure if you are booked with Joe for your limos he may give a better price. Anything else just ask I just booked at viana yesterday

Sry I mean room block discount not PCM lol and the shuttle price is $450 not $425. Also Guests in your block also get 15% off spa services, and if u want to keep the bar open till 4 am on fri or sat it is 150$ to do that otherwise bar closes at 12. And if u make welcome bags for guests, they give them to the guests for you when they check in

I saw them at the Jericho Terrace showcase and they said if you're booked there the shuttle was free.

Really? I am booked with them, asked 3 times and was told they do not offer a free shuttle. The only thing they 'offer' is a reduced rate with Camelot. Either way I don't care, the hotel is gorgeous and I thought the price for rooms was fair!
