Re: Vianesse hour....
We're not doing one - don't think its worth it after the cocktail hour buffet, appetizer & dinner. We did add on chocolate covered strawberries before the parfait & wedding cake - we think that's enough.

Re: Vianesse hour....
Yup.....we're having the full one. One of the reasons I like the way the hall does it is that it doesn't take up the dance floor. They do a little presentation and then they open the doors to the glass atrium attached to the room and that is where the vienesse hour is. I was concerned about losing the dance floor for so long, but this way peopl can snack and then get back to dancing.

Yeah, we are having the full vianesse hour. What's cool about Stonebridge is that they do not pull the tables onto the dance floor and end the partying. They have it behind a folding wall to one side of the room and that way you can help yourelf if you would like.

We are having a mini one. I think it is a great solution to issues of having a full one.

We are having one. The band is going to stop playing and the Vianesse will be back in the cocktail room. I am having cake, pastries, coffee, cordials, ice cream and a cigar bar.

Wow Allure I am so happy you say that, i didnt realy want to spend the extra cash but my Fils really pushed for it and the guy gave me a great price but I heard about the sparklers and all and decided it would be pretty cool but still dont like the idea that the dance floor is taken over for it.

Re: Vianesse hour....
The Riviera includes a 'touch of vianesse' in the reception costs. Not sure what 'a touch' means, but that's all we're doing. Most people are stuffed by then anyway.

Re: Vianesse hour....
I am having a full vienesse hour. My hall puts it in a separate room so that it does not interfere with the dance floor.

Mini... don't like the idea of taking up the whole dance floor for an hour.
