Anyone know where I can get a video for under $1,000? No fancy stuff, just a little editing. Church through end reception. Thanks

My photographer works with a video guy. They offer a $1200 video with full editing and baby pics etc. and a $600 'in-camera' video. They still cover all the events but no special effects or baby pics and music, etc. Photographer is VIP Studios - John Pagano (631) 476-6848 Im not sure if you would talk to him about video only, but Im sure he could get you in touch with the right person.

Im not definitely sure, but I think it means that during off time (when you are having pics taken, etc. he can cut out parts that aren't needed. Most videos are done digitally, so I think its easy to do that.

We wanted the same thing

No pictures, interviews, or any of that. We went with T&T Video Productions in Smithtown. $1000 and it even comes with 3 copies, and they edit it to a watchable length. The owner is Hal and he's great to deal with. Let me know if you want their number; I don't have it with me today. I'll come back on August 8th or 9th with my vendor review, if you're still looking by then.
