how much are u ladies paying for JUST the video Hopefully we will go this weekend and ck some places out. Do you think diff times of the year they charge less or more///day time night time??? or wedding is just $$$$ to them???

I'm having 2 videographers for the whole day. You might be able to cut down $ if you have just one.
For my photo & Video i'm spending 5k.
I don't think it makes a difference if the wedding is at night or day...i'm having a day wedding, and I don't think it mattered.. it still takes time and their service.
oh! about different times of the year: A friend of mine was trying to get the same quote I got for photo/video and the guy said since my wedding is in May I got a better rate (her wedding is in august). So i guess it does matter when your wedding is...

I'm paying about 2200 for my video package. Depending on what you are looking for there are girls who are paying less, but are getting less. I wanted somene who worked with my photographer before and someone who I felt comfortable with.

adding baby pix i don't think is a big deal..? The hours you want them for and the # of people you want, will make the price go up/down.

we're doing a slide show for the reception, so the slideshow will consist of baby pictures. So the baby pictures will automatically be captured on the video.
If they're asking you for more $ JUST to add baby pix, i'd say do a slide show or something to entertain your guest with just baby pix!
