Originally we were not doing a video.. I saw a few vendors for videography and was just not pleased especially at the crazy prices I was seeing. Is anyone spending around 1500 on video and can share or fm me who they are using? I dont want to regret not getting the video yet, I am not sure if it is worth the $.
TY!

I think its totally worth it...as long as its affordable to you. You would be shocked w/ what you miss on that day! Its great to have that reminder on DVD!

Re: Video Advice
I bumped the Official Vendor Price Quote Thread for you. It has some videographers that are within the $1500 budget. HTH

Re: Video Advice
I spent less than that for Couped Up, a vendor on here. Definitely recommend him.

Re: Video Advice
I think it's definitely worth it to spend money on both photo and video because after the day is over, they're the only things that will be left, besides your memories, which will fade with time. Also, they're things you'll be able to share with your kids in the future

We felt the same way and went with a very basic package with Gil from Fade to Black. He's totally within your pricerange. I really liked him. He didn't try to upsell us anything, and he was easy to meet up with. Good luck!
