video and photographer

this week i am starting to book appt with both video a nd photographer...i know i want the deluxe packages with video before church full church full reception and pictures added in of growing up and maybe honeymoon and raw footage...
for photos i want unlimited photos of before at church after church at different sites and the full reception i have a list of all important shots i need i definitly want a huge book for myself 2 parents books and some large prints for myself and obviously all the proofs and negatives (i think you get these after 5 years)
and i want an engagement picture (for my std magnants)

what are typical pricing for what i am requesting?
what are packages that other brides getting?

It all depends on the photographer you visit and the type of shot you want.

You can go with photographers like Angelica Glass, Something in Blue, Blue Daisy wedding, Sherwood Trait, Julia Newman,etc. They are high priced, take tons of candid shots and usually work for themselves. These photographer however dont come with video but they usally recommend someone great for you. There packages includes something like unlimited shots, 9-10 hours coverage, 2nd photographer, wedding album, raw prints, online gallery for 2-3 months, e-pics with guest book. Speaking for myself, the quotes from these photographers without video can run you anyway from $2500-$7000.

then you can go with Twelfth Night, Thomas Paul, Patket Photographry, Duet, Bliss Productions NYC, etc. They take a combination of candid and posed shots. They not as high priced as above and they pics are just as amaazing. There packages also include same as above. And most of them also include videography. Speaking for myself, the quotes from these photographers with video can run you anyway from $3500-7000.

I am pretty sure you can find less expensive who is also good, you just have to do research

I guess it all boils down to what your budget it and what kind of pictures you want. Any photographer can work with a budget.

Your best bet is to do a search on here for 'photographer and videographer' and start with that. You will find dozens of really good posts about good photographers. Take a look at their websites and work from there.
